We do have an option for our existing customers to provide personal feedback when they log in to there account on our website. You can visit the Existing Customer portal to report feedback about anything that is of concern and we take it seriously and tend to respond quickly within provided timeframe.
Seeking access to the personal information DTC holds about you.
You have the right to seek access the personal information held about you and to advise DTC of any inaccuracy. There are some exceptions to this right set out in the Privacy Act 1988. If you make an access request, DTC will ask you to verify your identity and specify what information you require. DTC may charge a fee to cover the costs of meeting your request. Also, when you create an account with us, you have the right to delete the account and all the personal information will be deleted that is stored in your account. We may however, keep your email address in our database for future contacts incase we launch more offers or products in marketplace. This information is mostly when you have registered with us or has subscribed to our website for newsletter subscription. You may however, request that data to be deleted as well and we will remove you from all subscription services.
